Our founder holds a BBA in Hospitality Management from Glion Institute of Higher Education, Switzerland, and brings extensive experience in luxury hospitality sales and marketing. His career includes sales roles with Marriott International at Grosvenor House & Le Royal Méridien Dubai and Hilton Hotels at Conrad Dubai.
This international expertise now drives the vision and development of Swing & Stay Morocco.

Philippine de Serpos holds a BBA in Hospitality Management from Glion Institute of Higher Education, Switzerland, and brings international sales experience from leading hospitality brands. Her career includes roles with Marriott International at W Dubai and Hyatt Regency London.
She works closely with partners to create valuable opportunities and long-term collaborations for Swing & Stay Morocco.

Imane Idrissa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing & Communication from ESCA Casablanca. She brings experience in marketing and corporate communications through her role as Marketing & Communication Executive at CMA CGM in Casablanca.
At Swing & Stay Morocco, she supports brand visibility, content development, and partner communications across digital channels.
USA & SOUTH AMERICA COUNTRY MANAGERELEANOR PARKS
Eleanor Parks holds a BBA in Hospitality Management with a specialization in Sales & Marketing from Glion Institute of Higher Education, Switzerland. She brings international hospitality experience from Hyatt Hotels in Dubai, where she served as Cluster Sales Manager, and Marriott International’s St. Regis New York as a Sales Executive.
At Swing & Stay Morocco, she leads business development and strategic partnerships across key international markets.
